Customers often come to us wanting on-premise, then find that getting servers approved and built internally takes longer than vetting a cloud vendor. Dedicated Cloud gives them the same single-tenant isolation, and we run it.

- We operate as your HIPAA business associate under a signed BAA, backed by a standalone $5M cyber liability policy and raised E&O and general liability limits. A flat annual fee, not a per-user uplift.
- VIP Services
- An annual block of engineering hours with priority access to the product team, for implementation, custom visualizations, environment setup, and escalations.
- Infrastructure
- Additional workspaces (including a development workspace with Server Sync), a Performance Class upgrade to 128 GB, high availability with database replication, or additional dedicated servers for separate projects.
Add-ons are quoted to your requirements and can be added mid-term, prorated.

Deployment FAQs
Shared Cloud runs your workspace on DashboardFox-managed servers alongside other customers, with your own isolated database. Enterprise Dedicated Cloud gives you your own server and your own PostgreSQL database, managed by us. Self-Hosted is a perpetual license you install on your own infrastructure, where we have no access to your data. The product is the same in all three.
Yes. A BAA is available with the Compliance Tier on Enterprise Dedicated Cloud, where protected health information runs on a server and database that belong to you alone. We maintain a standalone $5M cyber liability policy and raised E&O and general liability limits for this work. Self-hosted customers do not need a BAA from us, because we never have access to their data.
Enterprise Dedicated Cloud starts at $1,499 per month, billed annually. That includes a Standard Class dedicated server with 64 GB of memory, one production workspace, a dedicated PostgreSQL database, and unlimited monthly active users subject to server capacity and our Fair Use Policy. Compliance, engineering services, and infrastructure expansions are quoted on request.
No. The FERPA Education Data Addendum is available on any paid plan, including Shared Cloud. Institutions that want full server isolation can choose Enterprise Dedicated Cloud or Self-Hosted.
That is the most common reason customers choose Enterprise Dedicated Cloud. You get a single-tenant server and database without requesting hardware, opening firewall tickets, or assigning someone to patch it. In most organizations, vetting a cloud vendor is faster than provisioning servers internally, and you can still move to Self-Hosted later.
We have passed enterprise security reviews, including one for a healthcare organization that runs protected health information on DashboardFox under a BAA. SOC 2 Type II is on our roadmap. In the meantime we complete security questionnaires directly and can walk your team through our architecture, data flow, and controls. Our security review kit answers the standard questionnaire topics and lists the policies available under NDA.
Self-Hosted. The software runs entirely inside your own accredited environment, never calls home with your data, and stays under your own compliance controls. We do not offer a cloud environment certified for those programs.
No. DashboardFox is not a PCI DSS environment in any deployment we host. Report on tokenized or aggregated payment data instead, and keep cardholder data out of connected sources.
